Publishing Sold Listings

Sharing your success is a good strategy to encourage people to do business with you. You can easily do so with the Sold Listings feature that automatically pulls the listings details from the MLS.

1. From your ClientClick dashboard click on 'Edit My Website'

2. In your Content Editor, click on the "Sold Listings" chapter.  Select the "Sold Listings" page below the chapter heading.

Select the "eye" icon to make this page visible on your website menu.

3. Click on the 'Sold Listings' block.

4. Locate the listings you want to publish and click on 'Display As Sold/Leased'

Listings are automatically imported into your website database from the MLS approximately between 1-5 days after the listing becomes inactive (whether canceled, expired or sold).  They remain in your Sold Listing manager for 30 days after which they may be removed from the database.  You can save a listing at any point within this time to keep the listing in your account indefinitely or when you choose to remove it.

If you have already chosen to display a listing as Sold but need to make changes to the way it's displayed, click on the red 'Edit' button next to the listing.

5. All the fields on this page are optional except the two last check boxes

Please note, if you are entering in details for a listing, entering an MLS id does not add any data or photos from the MLS.

6. Click 'Save', wait for the 'Save successful' message.

Please note that if your Sold Listing page is already live on your website when you edit the Sold Listings feature, all saved changes will be live without the need to republish.

Saving a sold listing will save this listing in your account indefinitely.  If you do nothing with a listing in your Sold Listing manager, it may be removed after 30 days.

7. After you save your Sold Listing, you can upload or manage photos.

Click "Upload/Manage Photos"  after your listing was saved successfully.
