Team display vs Partners display

Whether you are a Team of two or more you might want to promote yourselves differently.

Partner display

For Teams of two we have a Partners display that focuses on the each members.
It allows you to see both members pictures and contact details displayed in the Header, Footer and the main section of your Home page (Team Info box).

1. On the Site Builder > 3: Edit Content, scroll down to the 'Team Info' box and click on it

2. Select the 'Partners' option

Both partners' name should show up in the drop down menu. If their picture is updated on the rlpnetwork.com it should show up here automatically.
If not, just click on the picture's location to upload a new one.

3. You can then edit the Team's name and bio/presentation

Feel free to introduce the Team as a whole, to focus on each partners or to do both. Keep in mind that this is the first thing your visitors might read when landing on your website.

Team display

Team display is usually used when a team of two wants to present it as a whole or simply when the team has more than two members in it.
In this setting a Team name and picture will be displayed in the Header, Footer and the main section of your Home page (Team Info box).

1. On the Site Builder > 3: Edit Content, scroll down to the 'Team Info' box and click on it

2. Select the 'Team Photo' option

Click on the picture's location to upload your Team picture.

3. You can then edit the Team's name and bio

Feel free to introduce the Team as a whole, to focus on each partners or to do both

Listings

Each member's Active and Sold listings can be displayed on the website.

Active Listings

1. On the 'Settings', under the 'Team Permissions' tab, make sure 'Listing Visible' is checked for your team members

2. On the Site Builder, under the 'Listings' page make sure 'Our Listings' is checked

Sold Listings

If your listing is not co-listed, the listing owner needs to go in the Site Builder to mark his listing as sold.

You have to allow your team member to be a Website Editor on the Team Permissions page.

Also send the following instructions to the listing owner so he can publish his sold listing: Publishing Sold Listings

Introduce the Team

Your ClientClick Team site gives you two default options to introduce your Team: the Our Team page and the About Us page.
However feel free to think outside the box and use these pages at your convenience.

Our Team

By default the Our Team page displays all your team members with their contact details and bio pulled from their rlpnetwork.com profile. This is the fastest option.

From the Site Builder > 3: Edit Content, go to the 'Our Team' page to set the options to your liking

You can:

  • sort your members by random or alphabetical order
  • if you want certain individuals to always be listed first in roster pages, just look them up in the the Search by name field
About Us

The About Us page gives you more flexibility so you can edit and format the page the way you want.

From the Site Builder > 3: Edit Content, go to the About Us page to start adding and editing the Paragraphs
