The Design Wizard
Selecting the Design Wizard is an easy way to kickstart your marketing efforts.
1. Click on 'Smart Studio' from the top menu bar
2. Click on 'Design Wizard' to get started
You'll find the Design Wizard button in this left hand Studio menu on most pages while you're in the Smart Studio
3. Make a selection by clicking on the button that best matches the project you want to create
Click on 'Promote a Listing' to create marketing material to highlight your listings such as feature sheets, photo slideshows or single property websites.
After clicking on 'Promote a Listing' you will be taken through a 5 step process to choose a product, design and distribute your piece.

Click on 'Promote My Business' to create marketing materials to promote you and your brand rather than focusing on selling a property
After clicking on 'Promote My Business' you will be taken through a 5 step process to choose a product, design and distribute your piece.

Click on 'Get Inspired' to browse the gallery of designs
After clicking on 'Get Inspired' there should be several pages of results and you will need to click on the forward arrow to get to the next page. Clicking on the thumbnail of a design will give you a description of that promotional piece as well as a suggestion on how best to use this piece under Suggested Uses. Click on 'Choose this Design' to begin the 5 step process of creating a new marketing piece.
