Action Plan Summary

You can use the Action Plans tool to create a communication plan with prospective leads or groups of contacts, you can customize the tasks and approach for each plan based on your leads' needs.

1. From your Client Click dashboard, click on 'Campaigns' from the top menu bar

2. Click on 'Manage Action Plans' to begin editing or creating a plan

3. Use this window to manage your Action Plans, to close and return to Campaigns, click on the 'x' in the top right hand corner

You can begin to assign leads and contacts to a plan, or create a new one based on your personal workflow and schedule.
