TREB Sold Data for VOW Subscribers
ClientClick Elite subscribers can now offer consumers the ability to view sold data on their personal website. Sold listings appear in the Google listing map search. Consumers can drill in to see sold price information and summarized listing information. For currently active listings, consumers are able to see previous listing and sales history as provided by TREB.
More leads from your website
TREB and other Boards are making sold data available only to Virtual Office Website (VOW) subscribers. That means that consumers need to create a login account and provide personal contact information to view sold data. When they create that account, you get a new lead notification and the new Lead's contact information will be available in the Royal LePage CRM, Smart Studio, for you to incubate and convert.
Marketing opportunities
This new data adds consumer value to your Client Click website; make sure to promote this new feature in your advertising to drive more website visits.
