Adding a Mortgage Calculator to a page
Mortgage calculator links are included on all property sale listings. This tutorial will cover how to add a mortgage calculator to a separate page. For this example, we use calculators from Ratehub.com, however you can embed most third party mortgage widgets onto your website with the same directions. Please contact Jumptools support if you have any questions about embedding third party plugins or widgets.
1. From your ClientClick dashboard click on 'Edit My Website'
2. Select the page you would like to add your mortgage calculator to.
3. Create a custom paragraph
1) Click "Add Paragraph" on the builder palette.
2) Select "Multimedia" from the formatting options on the custom paragraph builder
4. Copy your Mortgage Calculator embed code.
The following link will take you to a third party website that provides a free mortgage calculator widget. Please thoroughly read the instructions on the widget page.
Visit https://www.ratehub.ca/ratehub-widgets and select a calculator. Follow instructions on the page to copy the HTML snippet provided.
5. Paste the Mortage Calculator embed code into your custom paragraph
Please note you can only add one widget per page.
Please note this will not be viewable in the builder. You can Preview the website to see how this appears with your template.
6. Preview your page to see how the calculator looks.
7. Make sure to 'Save' your changes in the 'Builder Actions' palette and go to step '4: Publish'
8. Click 'Publish' to make your changes live
